How many licenses will I need?

You’ll need one license for yourself and one for each individual who will be using Telstra Trades Assist, such as field workers, office admin and the business owner. We offer a range of user license packages to suit your business needs.

Does Trades Assist work with my accounting system?

Telstra Trades Assist currently integrates with MYOB and Xero. Linking your accounts allows you to get customer data and invoices synchronised, taking one less manual task off your plate.

What happens if I cancel a paid account?

Export your customer, parts and assets data at any time. Depending on the plan you choose when signing up, we may charge an early termination fee. Read our Terms & Conditions for more information.

What happens when my free trial plan ends?

When your free trial ends, you have the option to take up a paid subscription to keep enjoying the benefits of Telstra Trades Assist. We hang on to your account details for up to 14 days if you need some time to decide.

Are there any setup fees?
